Given the constant supply of food in this tank, I'm thinking I'll go with pretty much all wrasse and/or anthias. They should thrive in this environment.

I'm researching what I want and exactly how many. I'm thinking a mix of flasher and fairy wrasse and maybe a couple anthias as well.

For Cirrhilabrus, just stick with ones which do not exceed 4" in length, considering it's a 65g.

Some people don't feel a 3' tank is sufficient for flashers; I'd be comfortable with 3 or so however.

Great. When it comes time, I'll PM you. I'll need some help finding the right ones and you always seem to know where to find them!

Building the LEDs tomorrow!! And hopefully the feeder fridge build will begin next week.. I have to figure out what I'm going to do about a doser.. I guess I need to suck it up and drop the $500 on a 4 head profilux. I got my 3/4" venturi and my bulkheads in.. so I all I need is the doser to get that project underway.

With as much lighting as I'm putting in the NPS build... it's going to be really hard not to grab some Milli's and Acros...

Are you still using your AI Blue or are you going Cree?

Neither actually. The hood had a retrofit 4 bulb t5 already in it. I'm adding a 30" heatsink with these leds. I'll probably only run 2 of the t5s and run both coral plus.

10 stand alone royal blue Phillips Luxeon ES (they are lower NM than cree and a little more efficient 440nm-450nm)

    4 Tri-Star with 3 leds on 1 star each
    - Red - 665nm (I'll run them very low %)
    - Royal Blue 440-450nm (so a total of 14 royals)
    - 2 Green (520-535nm) and 2 of them cyan (495-505nm)

8 Stevesleds violet (actual peak at 419.5nm) (these get crazy good reviews for brightness and pop)

    4 Channels
    - Royal blue
    - Violet
    - Red
    - Green/cyan

FYI, the RA dosers are available as single head units. Very reasonably priced, too.

I'm just curious... would SPS be able to live in a tank with so much food flying around all the time? They need low nutrient levels, correct?
