Growing on live rock???

    I have a few things growing on the live rock that look like miniature feather dusters but im pretty sure its not feather dusters...anyone have clue as to what it is?

    I cant get any pics right now my digital camera wont zoom in that well for me to get a good pic...they are little brown things that look like fish poop but on the ends are little feathery things that come out of the end and suck back in if anything gets close to them just like feather dusters...just wondering if its something i should be worrying about or if its some type of coral...i wish i could get a good pic...any help is appreciated

    Feather dusters, mini ones... I have them all over my frag tank. They are good to have because they are filter feeders.

    ok after looking for about an hour for this and asking every forum im a member of i think ive got it... they appear to be feather duster worms which is cool cause ive wanted feather dusters since i got the idea for a saltwater tank...thanks for all the help everyone

    Whilst nuking my tank and boiling my rock I noticed these little gys sprouting up everywhere. I'm glad to here that they are malicious.

    Brown stems lead me to believe the same. Won't know for sure w/o a picture though.
