    it really depends, in moderate conditions alot of the times it will hardly grow at all, if it is thriving it can grow at surprising speeds.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Too many variables.

    Maintenance of the Big 3 Ca/Alk/Mag. Appropriate lighting and flow.

    Mushrooms are probably the faster growers, not sure what type of polyps you have.

    soft corals grow fastest usually, i have a kenya tree that grows like 2 inches a month, its insane.
