    How hard is it for people to package and ship items. I had ordered a Skimmer of my BC 29 a sapphire they came really highly recomended as far as i could see. Well i get home form work and i see this UPS package on the front porch and I know what it is the last piece of my tank supplies, well i rush to open it and what do you know. It is not all there. There is not much to a skimmer. But this was only the body. Had no pump, collection cup, or air hose. Some one in shipping and recieving dropped the ball on this order. Any one else had this happen to you.

    Are you sure all that stuff was included? I know it sounds rediculous that it wouldn't be but some companies can be pretty stingy when it comes to sales. Hopefully you get it resolved.

    Yea the instruction manual states kit should include one of the following, Skimmer body, Pump with attached air supply hose, water control gate, and collection cup. I Guess I shall see in a few days.

    That is just great is'nt it lol. Expescially where i live it take for ever and a day to get things. About an hour to the nearest LFS that has anything worth wild. So i have to wait for UPS and Fedex to Deliever every thing. I still am waiting for the Sterilizer and koralia 2 power head to come along with the spare filters, bulbs and salt. All of this again was ordered on the same day from the same company. All suposedly was shipped on same day according to emails from same place but Tank shoed up saturday, skimmer today, and do not know on everything else.

    Don't order from that company any more!! Seems like these mistakes are glaringly obvious and should have been noticed by whoever was doing the packing. Make sure to let them know how unhappy you are.

    Allready done what will be funny is watch ill get the parts to the skimmer in the next shipment and also from wher ei complained so will end up with spare parts. Can never have to many spare parts lying around can you.
