Will GSP take hold and grow on glass? I just saw a pic of someone's tank had xenia all up one wall of glass. If yes, what would the best way to attach without permanent glue or whatever on glass? I have 4" x 2" piece that's growing on a small rock rubble.. can I trim under where the mat meets the rock and have it survive?

I glued pieces of the mat to my overflow,it's totally covered in less than a year.

ah yes, that's a good idea. I was reading that glue won't work on glass.. but next to it on the overflow is a good idea.

Just lay the gsp against the glass and it will grow there sooner or later. I have GSP, anthelia, and elkhorn montipora all encrusting on my glass just by leaning them against it. It does take a little time but they do attach themselves.
