Guess who just bought a frag tank!

Should get here tues. Not going to set up for awhile though since still working on high tech planted. Also mom said no sump/refuge and I might have to put the tank in the basement but I can prob talk her into it I did on the tank itself haha.

Plan is to build a stand for it.

no skimmer jus lots of live rock and cheato in the fuge. also run carbon

koralia 1050

heater

quiet one or similar return pump

oh yeah ill drill the tank.

egg crate bottom maybe some shelf things.

buy new lights for 65gal reef use existing light for this tank or buy another cheap pc fixture.

This will be for softies.

And ill finally be able to get a B&W O word clownfish or maybee a maroon.
once its fully established that is.

and is one evo 1050 enough flow?

 

I would probably put a three stripe damsel in there. Ya can't normally put them in just any tank, so why not in a fish-limited frag tank?
