    Please write your congresman to start the imediate use of the "A Whale" super skimmer in the gulf of mexico. We know that ne skimmer will help in the effort. They are holding opperations untill they know it'll do the amount of work they want. As Hobbiests we know it will do WORK!!! Please pass word to friends in the hobby
