yeah, that is a real issue. luckily i will be working in a tight knit group and it will be easy to control the amount of people with access to my office/tank. heck, i'll probably have to clean my own office.

    Ray,

This is what I get when I try the link.

Maybe you have to be a member of SH.org to see it.

As I'm not very computer savy, I would never have thought of that as I've always been able to view any site I went to even when I wasn't a member.

HOWEVER, if one is interested in keeping seahorses, one SHOULD be a member of seahorse.org where the best information comes from to give the seahorses a better chance for long term survival.

To view that thread I linked to without that link, go to seahorse.org and scroll down to "Dwarf Seahorses". Once on that page, look for "Live Mysids with Dwarfs" by DanU and click that.
DanU raises and sells seahorses for a living. (Seahorse Source)

in addition to sites like seahorse.org or syngnathid.org, does anyone have any books they'd recommend?

In my opinion, by the time a book has been written and published on seahorse keeping, it is out of date.
Even a lot of the articles on the seahorse sites need updating, but it's where I started to learn. The rest of my knowledge has come from posts on the org over the years.
I have been a member for over 7 years and it's amazing the changes in just that time.
