Anybody tried using this stuff? I just ran out of Oceanic salt, and kinda saw this. Its 10 bucks more expensive then my oceanic. Is this worth the extra 10 bucks?
+ its more farther then the normal lfs I go to. Is it worth the extra 15 minute drive and the extra 10 dollar compared to oceanic?

It's the only salt I've ever put in my tank, supposed to have extra magnesium and calcium in it, I certainly have not had any reason to complain about it although due to financial issues in the last 8 months I have been considering using a cheaper brand when I get my next batch of salt.

How many lb's of salt, or how many gallons rather, does it make? I'm not completely up with the kg/lb rato.

this 14kg bucket makes, well the box says it makes around 43-52 gallons. So its basically 50 gallon worth of salt. Oceanic I use to buy cost me $19.99 this was $28.99. The box was pretty small, but it was whew it was pretty heavy. Anyway the salt is much thicker then the oceanic salt, and takes around 24 hours to dissolve. I have not yet have had any problems yet, and my water seems more clearer. I hear from lfs with this salt, you wont need to dose any calcium or any other buffer since the salt it self contains lots of element nutrition. So long as I do often water changes, I wont need to dose. Anyway so far so good. I think its kinda worth the extra drive and the extra 9 bucks. well 7 bucks, this LFS dosnt charge tax ;p the other one where I buy my oceanic does.
