    My Kole tang had ICH. And they had white spots all over them. From what I've read, that's ICH.

    To answer your question m, I do not have room for a qt... That wad my major issue I think

    Yeah unfortunately, most people believe this. It isn't true at all though. There are a fairly large number of viral, fungal diseases and other parasites that can cause white-spots, besides cryptocaryon irritans "ich".

    I think it is useful to treat white spots as ich though, as ich is one of the more deadly causes of white spots. Therefore, better safe than sorry. However, there are reasons to draw a distinction between ich and white spots. Not that I am saying you shouldn't treat this as ich. The treatment for many of the more deadly possibly misdiagnosed ailments, are essentially the same.


    That's too bad. It really is a more difficult hobby without QT.
