What would eat Hair Algae in a 14g biocube and not hurt any of my corals. I was thinking of getting a small tang and when it gets to big for my tank trade it in for a smaller one?

a critter wont solve your algae problem only control. to get rid of it you need to find the source of your problems. most likely high nitrates. this can be caused if you have old lights, the tank is new and is still cylcing, or if you have a filter it could be pumping nitrates into the tank ( that was my problem) when i had it. But if your set on something to eat the algae you can try blue legged hermits. I personally would think that a tang would just be a hassle to have in there for a short while. My suggestion is to just find the source of the problem and fix it

^^ you forgot, the biggest source of nutrients and phosphates being added to our tanks is in the water we use. Most times when I see someone new to sw having algae issues it's due to using tap water or improperly filtered water. I was one and I remember those days well. Almost caused me to quit! Thank God to these forums and a few choice peoples I hung in there and learned. I bought an RO/DI unit and have had no algae issues since.
Having said all this, it is my suggestion to the OP to start at the source of your algae issues. As long as your feeding it, it wont go away.
