My tank has always been plagued by hair algae and i also have bristle worms by the hundreds. Yes i use tap water

Hair is gone now, thanks to another eating machine (Bali Sea Hair) but also all my bristle worms are gone. I have nothing in my tank that would eat them, any clue what would wipe them out.

ANy one in the Erie Area with hair problem, my monster is almost out of food and i will need to pass him on to another feeding ground

Negative, they disappear over night shortly after the Bali Sea Monster ate most of the hair algae.

    So he ate them
    They just died
or the are in hiding, waiting to plague my tank again

They are either hiding or have died off. As long as you weren't terribly overfeeding, theres no way you would support hundreds of bristleworms, IMO
