    When I got this mushroom about a year ago, it was about the size of a nickle. This is the 3rd time it (or they now) has split. It is splitting right thru the mouth. IMAG0067.jpg

    Hairy mushrooms are awesome. Some of my favorites. They have a fast reproduction rate as well. I too started out with just a few and they were covering a decent sized rock in a few months. Some of the mushrooms themselves got massive.
