Question: Are Haitian Anemones not reef safe....b/c i went to the store and bought a haitian anemone bc they were real cheap and the guy told me that they were reef safe....i didnt even go to the pet store to buy an anemone..i just went to go get some ghost shrimp....but i bought anyway....

Now im reading up on it and some web sites say that they are okay in reef and then some say that they are not.....

So, what are they....does anyone have any experience with them???

As with any anenome you have risks involved... There's always a good chance something will get stung.....

ghost shrimp are for Freshwater, and anemones will move and may sting other creatures. What kind of light are you using and how old is tank?

With the anenome you will run a higher risk of losing it because you have such a young tank... Good luck!!!!!!!!
