They say there is almost no fish in the water, the coastline has been damaged by unrestricted dumping and runoff, the beaches are 'littered with trash and sewage' yet the reefs of Haiti are said to be in 'very good' shape. (At least the ones off shore) Anyone else confused?

Unfortunately I have spent a fair amount of time in Haiti the reefs are not what I would call healthy a big fish would be considered 2" because the larger ones have all Been caught and eaten.
Heaven forbid they find out corals are Wörth money or they will all be gone in a few days.
