Half Black angel not eating

Hello 3reef I am having problems with my half black + niger trigger - none of them seem to be eating.

My trigger - I've tried flakes, shrimp, krill.. He eats a few flakes the other stuff he spits it out. He was actively eating the shrimp at the pet store how ever.

My Half Black Angel - Iv'e yet to see it eat a flake ... My other fishes are swimming how ever and eating.. Damsel, nemo and chromis are fine...

 

how long have you had them? sometimes it takes a while for them to adjust.
Do you know what they were eating at the store? One food I find almost all fish eat is RODS food....it is frozen food that has everything in it including the vitamens and HUFA.

You can try garlic supplements to entice them also....the niger needs meaty foods, like krill, mysis or brine.

I've had them for 2days. I tore apart piece of a dead fish and dropped it in for 9mil - my trigger fish and it was yummy 4 his tummy ... As far as angel.. no response from the flakes...

 

give it a few days....he will eat. If he doesnt in a couple more days, you can buy a cheap sponge and place it in there, he will pick at that Once it starts pecking around the tank then he will probably eat.
