Okay, here is the update. After the first couple days we noticed the halfblack angelfish repeatedly nipping our open brain coral. So, I took the open brain out and put is in my Biocube-it's doing great. Also, we never witnessed the angelfish nipping the candy cane coral but is has looked slightly less full than usual. Unfortuantely, in the last 2-3 days the angelfish has taken a turn for the worse. It started hanging out under our live rock bridge/swim through and would not even come out for its seemingly favorite food. I can only assume that the flame angelfish harassed it -I did not see any ich. I knew I was taking a risk getting the halfblack angelfish. Unfortuantely, its dead now.

I hate to say it, but it was likely the Flame Angel that did in the Half Black. Nearly 20 years ago a LFS said I would probably be ok putting a Flame in with my Rusty in my 200g. Nope. The Rusty just about killed the Flame before I was able to trap him and get him out. Some have had success adding both at the same time, but I'd never put two Dwarf Angels into a tank in succession. In a 75g there is no way they'd get along. Someone else below in the thread warned about this.
