Well, i woke up this morning to a big mess. We have 2 400w halides hanging over one of our tanks. The tempered glass cover shattered on one of them. Fortunately we have egg crate as a cover on this tank but still some small pieces fell into the tank. I think we got most of it out but my question is if it will harm any fish, especially the grazing tangs...Also, i am hoping that pieces did not fall into one of our LTA's

Do the best you can to find it and don't use the bulb until you replace the glass. Hopefully the fish won't accidentally consume the glass.

The only issue may be physical harm meaning the glass cut a corals or fish or a fish may try to eat a piece, especially a goby. Besides that, There is no harm from leaching chemical or anything like that, remember, our entire aquariums are made of glass.
