    Thanks man!

    I seriously think I need to step up the hours I have the MH on. Maybe about 1-2 hours. I have noticed a big difference in color since I changed out the stock bulbs with 14k SPS bulbs, maybe I'll get increased growth with additional hours per day.

    What's the thoughts on tatted's post about increased growth on a shorter lighting cycle?

    75 gal mixed reef coralife 150w mh. I run my halides 6 hours, actinics on 8 hours

    180 gallon reef 400 watt reeflux 20ks icecap ballasts 10 hrs a day. sump lights 24/7. I think 2 hours is a waste of time the least i would ever go is 6 hours I was running 12 but it heats up the house to much in the summer my tank runs 80 all the time.
