Halides fixture, Which to choose. Help

Hey i have my mind on these two lights, I have a 48 inch coralife but i wanna get these lights for my brother ad he's a starter. Im wondering which on is better. These both are odyssea. Same price after payment. Which one is better and better quality on the lgihtings. PC or T5.

Well for starters one is a 36" and the other is a 48" see which one is a better fit for him. That being said the Odyssea has movable legs. I have an older model Odyssea and I love it, have had zero problems. Plus I like that is have more wattage out of the two you picked. I guys it depends on the setup he is going with. Planning for the future I would go with the Odyssea. JMO

There is a newer version out with better ballast and better cooling, but I'm concerned about DE bulb being too close to LEDs and tubes especially in 24" fixture. But 36" for $160? spend another $100 to get descent DE bulb and uvl t5 with internal reflectors and you all set!
