    I've never seen my hammer show its mouth until tonight. It kinda just had its tentacles move out of the way and it showed where the mouth was so I gave it some mysis and it ate it really fast. I just looked at it and now its showing the mouth again but this time its wide open...Is this a bad sign?

    It's not uncommon to see the mouth "gape" open from time to time. Maybe he is just saying "feed me" ;).
