Its not frogspawn because it only has one bud per tentacle.

It might be frogspawn but because the tips are round and circular i'd almost go with torch. However, the tentacles aren't long enough for a torch. I'd wait longer to get a definite ID. As for now, I'd go with torch

in the first picture, in the right hand side of it there is a branching tenticle. 2 heads on one tenticle. tell tale for frogspawn.

 You just had to ask didn't you. Please post a picture of the coral after it has fully opened so that we can see the entire tentacle :)

doesn't look narrow or long enough to be torch although could be hyper-inflated I suppose......
    Not hammertipped.
Not bubbled. Nice constant, even cylindrical shape is the same as I've seen through frogspawn.

It is not a torch, hammer, or frogspawn. It is a "grape" (euphyllia cristata). It is 100% open in that pic, and I am 99.9% positive on the ID. They are characterized by having bulbs like a torch, but much shorter and thicker tentacles.
They don't show up in the hobby that often. If you didn't pay an arm and a leg for it because it was misidentified, you are one lucky person! ;) Excellent find even if you did pay the premium.
