Hardened salt

    I have some Oceanic salt and aparently I didn't have the lid on the bucket completely shut because most of it has hardened. If I let it dissolve in RO water is OK to use?

    Yep, I have had it happen to me a few times. Just break it up as best you can before mixing. Also, if you mix it with warm water it will dissolve better and quicker, just make sure to let it cool to proper temp before adding.

    Yeah, it is just fine to use. It just makes it tougher to get the right amount of salt if you have a "formula" like 5 scoops of salt to 5g of water.
