    hello quick question, does anyone know anything about harlequin shrimp. thier pretty cool looking and my lfs has some , i read they are aggressive, but looking for you opinions.

    If you don't mind feeding them live star fish every 2-3 weeks, they're a lovely addition to any reef tank

    That depends on how much you pay for starfish in your area. I fed mine chocolate chip starfish which cost me about $8 a pop.

    I just bought a pair from tangster and they dont look aggressive to me. My LFS sells chocolate chip starfishs at $6.00. $6-$8 every 2-3 weeks isnt expensive, imo

    ill have to look in to it more. maybe after i stock all the fish i want. they are very cool looking.

    Make sure you don't add any fish that have a reputation for eating shrimp :D

    HaHa...am just on my in moments to LFS to return a starfish that he gave me at a discount because it was missing one leg. --- actually it was dead, and my Harlequins wanted nothing to do with it.

    Usually they are on any star put in tank in minutes...don't know if they smell or hear them, but they suire know they are there.

    thats cool how there tear them apart. what else do they eat in between the weeks?
