We currently have Harley our harlequin in a nuvo aquarium. He is such a big boy and is outgrowing his tank (he is the only thing in his current tank)

So we were at the LFS and found this little acrylic tank wiht light and decided it was time to move him up. I havent measured it, but i think it is 14g. This is day 1 of cycle

It has 2 T5HO lights (right now 1 actinic and 1 white) Will be replacing it with 2 white bulbs and will be attaching an actinic led. This is the first tank i have owned that doesnt have a sump of some kind attached, no I am not very happy with the way it is set up right now. There is a tunze nano pump, an aquatic life skimmer and a heater with a controller. The acrylic is so thick that the magnet for the tunze does not hold! Harley will be moved over once the tank is cycled. This will be my softie tank........going to focus more on zoanthids, mushrooms and various polyps. I am hoping to actually be able to grow out star polyps in this tank. So this will be our final specialty tank, right now we have a SPS and chalice tank, a LPS tank and NPS tank.

I choose crushed coral versus sand because of 2 reasons.......tank is too small for any type of burrowing fish and 2. i am planning on having mushrooms galore in there and they tend to attach easy to crushed coral and then we can attach them to other rocks

the tank is fully cycled (which I knew wouldnt take too long as I used all rock from other tanks) Added a few corals but am going to wait a bit before I move Harley! I will probably pick up some type of small fish tomorrow and then move Harley in another week or so!

added a couple mushrooms and a frag of yellow gregorian frag (ran out of room in NPS tank and he kept getting pushed in the back) along with a frag of my lithophylon coral. It is going to be majority of zoas and mushrooms. I did add a rock with star polyps on that was doing poorly in my other tank (i can not keep these guys to save my sole)

That should be a very happy shrimp when you move it to its new home.

well he will not be a happy shrimp as he is now not going to move! I ended up buying a fish today that does not play well with shrimp, (knowingly) so he will have to stay in his other tank for a while! We bought a tinee tiny cowfish. I know he will outgrow this tank but we have other tanks for him to move into when he does!

This just means I have to opportunity to build another tank for Harley!! That is too bad!!!

Nice tank! When the cowfish outgrows it you should get a sharknose goby, I got one. Very fun, active, cute, and peaceful! Nice shrimp too! ;D

Lol, that was actually what I was going to do is build a goby/blenny tank. But this guy is so cute and he was eating so well. Plus, bonus not a lick of ick on him. He is acclimating right now and will post pics!
