Harry potter vs. Twilight...

I guess everyone best get their jibes in before all the fans stop sparkling and start posting.

(My understanding of Twilight is purely hearsay and jokes, but they make me laugh.)

 

i saw the movie last week, and no lie. i fell asleep and woke up right before the ending of the movie. (gf made me go "see" it)

 

hahahaha i love it!

the other show/movie i hate is vampire diaries, soo stupid, still no where near true blood, TB is in a whole nother league

 

Potter PWNS twilight face also puffer .... Dexter PWNS trueblood all day long and well into the night

 

Have to say potter all the way, but must add that gandolf is way better wizard never saw twilight, last vampire movie I liked at all was the first bladeI

 

I am a die hard Potter fan. Peredhil and I are huge fans of the books. Basically, we read other books just to get the Harry Potter details out of our heads so that we can read Harry Potter again (we've discussed this, otherwise I wouldn't be speaking for him ) In fact, I finished Prisoner of Azkaban last night and I'm not reading Goblet of Fire

In my opinion, the movies went south after the 3rd. I absolutely HATE the way the 5th and 6th movie were made. Sure, it captured the spirit and feel of the books rather well, but the director is just trying to be difficult it seems. He's changing everything. All the small details that are so easily adhered to he just tosses out the window. And they don't pay attention to the previous movies, either. They changed the layout of the train, making it look stupid. And the way they have dementors in the 5th movie sucks. I liked the 3rd movie dementors better. They're even making the wands look stupid. And the 6th movie was almost in black and white. I mean, come on, really?? Ok I'm done

And I refuse to read or watch anything Twilight. From what I've gathered, the most recent movie deals with a high school girl's dilema on if she'd rather make love to a wolf or a vampire. A sparkly, flowery, gay vampire. I don't know much about the wolf guy, Except she'd have some beastiality issues if she went with him.

Harry Potter wins. Twilight is for highschool girls who don't know what they're doing. The Harry Potter books are infinitely better than the movies. Those are my views

 

That was awesome. I would watch the whole movie like that.

 

i like harry potter a lot more than twilight that is definitly my wifes thing. But true blood is something we both get into.
