    IMO discs are better for that purpose. I was just countering the myth of them leaching heavy metals. Every company I listed above is run by reefers who use their own products :)

    Thanks man, i think ill just stick with the reef plugs and disk i found a site where i can get 100(50 plugs,50 disk) shipped for under 30 bucks, now i just gotta find it again LOL
