Not the best but functional. It appears to have a flat reflector so there will be a loss of efficiency there that is substantial. The bulbs will most likely need replacement in 3 to 6 months as they will most likely rapidly decline in efficiency. I would use it for a planted tank or a softies/LPS tank. It most likely will not be sufficient for a SPS dominant tank.

It only has one power cord for all 4 lights, so that might make if difficult to adjust your lighting right. I would just go with this light that is cheaper anyways. Odyssea T5 Aquarium Lighting

I hope this helps you out.

+1 on the Odyssea if you need a decent budget light. Worked really well for my 10G just never liked the feet if I need to do anything in the tank...

I have 2 of the odyssea 4 t5 lights. One on my old 29 saltwater tank that I gave to my step son. Had since oct. The other is on my 40 breeder, had since jan. I recommend the odyssea

Got my light off ebay and it works great. Not the same one, but its not a brand name. I did buy different bulbs for it though, as 2in10 mentioned. 1 cord but has the built in timer, I say go for it..

I have that exact light & bought it off ebay as well. Dont let all the ebay/ odyssea haters deter you. For a budget minded T5 fixture it works great, and the price cant be beat. Some one mentioned one coord? Yes it also has a control panel with timers (no need for 60 coords), that is listed in the item description. 2 sets of 2 x t5's & the moonlights each have a different timer/on off button set. The lights that come with it are junk though & it would be wise to order reputable bulbs from a reputable place at the same time. I have had mine up and runn for over 6 months with very few complaints. The only complaint I do have is you can tell it is made in a 220v country because it loses about 1-3 minutes a month on the clock. Those of you who have lived or travelled abroad for any amount of time know what I mean.

I cast my vote for the odyssea T5 fixture also. It has multiple power cords so its timer friendly. I have one and couldn't be happier with it for the price
