I have been looking at this site for a couple things, does anyone have any experience good or bad with them?

no i havent delt with them nor would i just for the fact that the ads descriptions are brutal...terrible english. i would pass

here is an example: the fish watch ,

I know, the horrible grammar is almost reason enough for me not to use them. But some of their prices are amazing on known quality equipment.

 

amazing prices+bad grammar=scam!!! i wouldnt try it with a buddies credit card let alone my own! perhaps if they do C.O.D. i would consider it. try looking elsewhere, somewhere with at the very least a phone number or DISPLAYED email address.

 

I am in agreement that I would not order from that website based solely on it's appearance.

 

I would avoid it. I did a test transaction and the shipping is as much as the product.

Another one that is hard to deal with is buildyouraquarium.com - Aquarium Lights, Metal Halides, T5 HO Solar Metal, Halide Retro, Retro Fits, Power Compacts aquarium lighting,aquarium light,aquarium lights reef aquarium lighting,marine aquarium lighting,metal halide aquarium lighting,saltwa I am taking care of coldshot's tank while he is in the hospital and had problem's with the light's and e-mailed them several times and got no response. SO it makes it impossible for them to honor the 5 year warranty if they will not respond to any e-mail's from customer's. coldshot was right when he said it is all about the money not customer satisfaction. Buying online is a great deal. You just have to be careful when choosing dealer's.

 

oh man thats halarious. s/h seems right though, does it also ask for your sin number and mothers maiden name when checking out?
