    lol at you all

Uber was super, as in uber soldat(super soldieri think, i'm not german though) just liked the word uber.

Puffer was taken back to the shop for a full value refund (bought a load of turbo snails and a new scarlet cleaner shrimp and a new mandarin (now called manfred!).

The tank is much more peaceful without his beak-eness

Dose your tank with as many pods as you can with a mandarin, they are hard to feed eaters. Or get a refugium in your system ASAP if you don't have one already. :)

I cannot keep a mandarin alive to save my life! What is the trick. My tank has been up and running for 12 years now. We have a refugium. Currntly have 100+ lbs of live rock. I'm stumped.

A mandarin needs to be in a system that is swarming with copepods. Amphipods are too large for them to eat. I would dose your system and refugium with a thousand copepods each and let them go from there. Having 1000 to seed your fuge will help them reproduce and keep your DT stocked. Putting a 1000 in your DT to start should keep your mandarin happy.
