Cool to know. I've checked them out/spoken to them a few times, but I have always been hesitant to order due to the distance involved. Nationally speaking, we are pretty close, with you just being a bit further. Good to know it worked out, and that everything arrived safely!

Oh yeah....the dwarf ceriths are already starting to clean, clean, clean. The Florida ceriths are still acclimating where I left them. It may take a few days for them to come around and do their thing. But, really good customer service. The package was sent priority mail.....and still got here in only two days. I think express mail is two days from their location to here. So I will keep that in mind when I order next time. For me, it's a toss up it seems......just cheaper with PM.

Ditto! We got our order on Wednesday evening. No casualties that I know of except maybe 2 pep shrimp...one might not have made the trip and the other is MIA. Their buddy is fine though. Most if not all of our Dwarf Ceriths started cleaning like crazy the day we put them in, and the Harlequin Serpent Star is awesome. Ditto the Nassarius. Our First Florida Cerith started cleaning today after about 2 days of sitting there. Supposedly if those guys come out on the first day it is considered abnormal.

    Awesome awesome stuff guys! :D

We too took advantage of the Black Friday special. Our order arrived yesterday afternoon. About 1/3 of the snails have already gotten busy on the live rock...some of the dwarfs are smaller than I expected, but there are more of them than was ordered....

I second that! My Fl Ceriths took about two and a half days, but they all survived. Great customer service too.

Did you get any Chitons? I really enjoy trying to find them, they're more fun than I'd expect from a snail ;)

The Fuzzy Chitons?! dude those things rock. Ours is named Mr Fuzzy. They turn and burn through algae. The only down side being they look like moss covered poo that moves. Other than that they are pretty awesome.

I've gotten quite a few things from John. Everything is healthy and it's always a pleasure dealing with him.
