John was great - he answered my e-mails promptly and everything was shipped just as promised. We were very pleased. I also ordered on Black Friday and got extra snails. As Jwin said, our favorite is Mr. Fuzzy, our moss covered poo (AKA fuzzy chiton)! It's the coolest thing to watch. We have this weird piece of base rock that looks like a face and it sleeps in the "eyeballs." Jwin's description (moss covered poo) is quite accurate....will have to take a pic.

reefcleaners.org are terrible shippers. They shipped my item with no styrofoam...my snails were in 50F water for 2 days. They shipped it with some newspaper in a cardboard box and clear plastic bags.

Really? Mine were in plastic bags, with newspaper tightly packed around it with a heat pack that was still warm. I don't think I had one casualty. It was shipped out on Wednesday, as promised and delivered on Friday. He also took a hit on the shipping charges. I paid $8.95 for the shipping and the 'stamp' said $12.15. AND I got a lot more snails than I asked for. I was able to supply my nano with a clean up crew in addition to my 90. These guys just flat out rock. Sorry you had a bad experience, but it had to be an exception to the rule.

You are assuming that i was a rude customer from the beginning with no evidence to support your assumption. And you are doing this just because your experience contradicts mine. I guess that makes sense.

But i have one question for you.

Where do you get the impression for the idea that your expectations will be same as mine without experiencing the events that i have experienced?

Woah there Blitson. No getting testy with the other reindeer.

He didn't "assume" anything. It was a joke. The evidence in this joke is in the story he told and the smiley face. Just take a deep breath, or count to ten, or pet a fluffy animal to calm down;)

The story he told was from an opposing point of view which reinforces what he said at the beginning. ;)

lol you are assuming that he didn't assume anything without knowing what he felt. This is not a deductive argument, its inductive

where is your psychiatric degree from? :yelrotflm:smartass2

John's been really good to alot of us, the fact you had a bad experience sucks but trust me if you contact him about it he'll make it right and credit you for any losses that occurred during shipping, the first order I got from him none of the emerald crabs survived but he was very prompt to reimburse my credit card for the amount of those guys. I ordered more of them on the next shipment and they came through happy and hungry.
