Here's the problem boys, I have my sump built with the baffles and what have you. I have also gotten my tank drilled in the back about 3" over and 2 1/2" down. Now obviously I know how too rig it all up but I cant figure out what pieces too use, how too seal it ,and make it flush like the store bought tanks. do I just use pvc pipe and silicone around it?

I'd like too do the best job possible thanks. :-/

I think a bulkhead fitting is probably the best to use. If I'm understanding the question correctly.

Should have drilled it 2.5 up from the bottom and then you need a internal corner or 3 sided overflow column or box. that is simply siliconed into place I Use a L shaped 2 sided overflow for all my builds never liked the 3 sided boxes unless it was a huge tank.
