If you just fed it the day before than it sounds like it's pooping to me. Touch it to see if it still feels sticky. Also feel to see if it is squishier than normal.

If it is still sticky and not getting really squishy than it is most likely pooping.

Give it until your next daylight period to perk up before you get too worried though. It really is very normal for them to look like crap once in awhile.

Good news! Its start to inflate, a bit. But my lights are off, so its not inflated all the way. Hopefully tomorrow morning it will be ok! Just scared me. I have never seen it so deflated and lifeless.

But, if it did die, how long would it take to kill off the tank? A few hours, a couple of days?

Mkay. I have just heard the horror stories of anemones dying. I just don't want my little guys to die because of it. I don't know why my anemone would die anyway. Weekly water changes, 7-8 hours of light a day, water params are fine except the 20 nitrate, and a gracious host (clown fish joke?).

Dumb question, but is it alright to do that? I know it wouldn't be if I sat there all day and poked it to death, but touching them is alright? Not going to lie, I am always afraid it will grab my finger or hand and not let go when I am feeding it (or get bit by my clownfish). I wouldn't want to hurt it.
