I thought they didn't look like ignitus, but I have bad eyes so it was hard for me to tell. Ignitus are more pink/orange in color.

And yay for being able to catch and return them!

Catching them was not fun.. I had to take every single rock out.. Not to mention one hitchhiked in my rock into the holding container so I had to repeat the process to get him back out.. It was 4 hours of hell that are now over with..

    Plus I aquascaped!

Thats nice, cash is king in this world we live in. My LFS that I stopped going to, has no return policy on livestock and drygoods. Needless to say after I got my RO/DI unit and order dry goods online, I pretty much weeded them out.

I used to have a huge collection of Anthia's and I had a diastolic pump piped into a jug in a mini refrigerator that would shoot 30 M/L of the proper food to them about 10 x's aday I had to soak their food in vitamins and keep it in that mini refrigerator and when that pump would shoot the food into the main pump feed line they would be all over that tank. come up out of the rocks and fed like crazy Most all Anthea's ate very very difficult to keep the Bartlett's and Lye tails are the easiest I ever knew of .

Sorry you didn't want to keep them. They are my favorite anthias. I keep a couple for over a year (before my heater fiasco, poor fishies).

I am wanting to get some more, but am having trouble finding them. Nobody seems to have the suckers. Even LA says they don't and won't.

What are you plans for a replacement?

    Hey Jon Jon,

Reefhotspot.com carries them. They are supposed to be a great place to buy from, but I don't have any personal experience.
