i currently have 13 opae ula in my 5 gallon square with a 13w 6500k flourescent bumb from lowes with homemade pendent use glass for 100% reflection, i can easily put a 23w onto it for more light. its about 10 inch high so im sure penetrating wont be a problem

im getting bored of my shrimps and id now slowly adding salt to it to hit SG 1.023. i want to add zoas too it and i was thinking. Can zoas eat shrimps that are about 1/2 inch long? can they sting and eat my volcano shrimps?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
No zoanthids can not eat your shrimp or sting them, so your good to go. Sexy shrimp are little tiny guys too and I never had an issue with zoanthids bothering them. Larger hairy mushrooms could probably eat your shrimp it they got luck though.

Ya I'm tryna to just spice up my tank without having to go all out on light hungry corals, I've always wanted sexy shrimps so it'll look into it, is there anything else I can put in a 5 gallon tank that won't eat my shrimps, I was thinking to add pods first

i dont believe many things that will fit in a 5 gallon tank will eat your shrimp. aside from the obvious
