The dottyback is big enough to where the hawkfish wont have a hope of eatin him, it was more of a territorial thing i think. He would do a little hovering display whenever the dotty cam out of the rock work, charge in, nip, and then dart away himself. He always ignores me clowns and my shrimp goby as well. I just dont think he was too keen on the new addition. The dottys had a few days now of free reign and gets along with the live stock currently in the display. He actually doesn't even seem to pay attention to any of the other fish just swims in and out of the rock work all day. I think i'll give it another week and see what he does when i put him back in. I am kind of hoping that since the dotty is established now those two will keep eachothers attitudes in check. I just wish my female clown would enforce the entire area of the tank like she does her little area by the overflow box ha ha. No one messes around near there with out an adjustment from her.
