This is not good for above a tank at all. Sorry.
As Will hinted at, aquarium fixtures have water resistant items built in to them, from the end caps down to the ballast. Putting a light fixture designed for a product/shelf display over your tank is a serious shock and fire risk and should not be done until those pieces have been changed out.
Also, this unit has NO cooling fans. The temps that it will attain will not allow the bulbs to hold a proper spectrum. Speaking of spectrum, the display bulbs will be 4-6500K, which will grow algae like crazy. They will need to be replaced with proper bulbs.
Add it all in, and you are looking to spend at least as much getting these units above a tank as you would if you had just bought proper fixtures in the first place. Sorry, but it has been said time and time again DO NOT SKIMP ON LIGHTING, and there is a reason for it ;)

well I'm getting this unit mainly for the reflector. Each one can hold 2 bulbs(WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED). IMO the reflector alone worth $40, but since it's a fixture all in one I got it to use with my 12000k and actinic bulbs

I agree with Pack on this one, you can get a better suited light fixture on Ebay for the money that you will be spending to make that Juno "aquarium-ready". Good luck with your choices.

Post some pics when you have it setup! I'm curious to see what you do.

Low spectrum lamps don't necessarily grow algae.. Many coral farmers swear by Iwasaki 6000k MH lamps.....
Plus GE used to have that 3000k that would really help your reds stand out... Just maintain your nutrients and you will be set... As far as having all low spectrums in your DT, it wont be very pleasing to the eye nor natural looking... Also if you get TOO red crazy you will actually harm the zooxanthellae.

Why? Good T5 set ups will have INDIVIDUAL reflectors, which this doesn't have. The reflector is not even that great?

guess you guys don't see the same potentials from these fixtures as I do. Just thought these will be great for my next diy project. I'll definitely have to post pictures to change all the negative attitude.
