when put back in can do a mini cycle!

Reason i'm asking! I have to pull some rocks to catch a coral banded shrimp that is killing everything in my tank and while at that gonna catch the 2 yellowtails! theoretically!

but some rock is gonna have to come out! is there any harm in this!

second question, gonna use waterweld to secure the rock once back in! Any harm in it curing underwater?

    thanks!

If its out long enough to dry a little then yes, there could be die-off. Just out some tank water into a 5g bucket and out the rock in there.

Yeah I'd keep a close eye out. If the rock is out for less than 10minutes it should be ok. Just be careful.
