jbj doesnt even answer you when you write to them about a problem with their heater, with customer service like that they wont be getting more of my business. 6 months and my jbj controller went bad. oh it has a 6 month warranty. expensive junk! ..... so you know one not to get .lol

Personally I have owned 3 marineland stealth heaters and they all failed after about 1-2months of use. Also, they had trouble maintaining temperature. Now I use Eheim Jager Heaters and they are amazing, best quality I have seen. I have owned marineland, eheim, rena, and fluval heaters and eheim is by far the best.

looked into the jager heater. hard to find a bad comment about them. well except they weren't fully submersible, which now they are. but all comments are from people saying they had them a long time.

a lot of comments about the marineland steath going bad in a few months. so how can they do a lifetime warranty? that is weird.
