    Um, I don't know...that's what I'm trying to figure out here...lol

My main concern is the health of my fish, and the other inhabitants of the tank...

I'm pretty sure it's from over feeding. Cut back on the feeding and do a water change/including filters and you should see them go away. If that one really bothers you that much, like they said get a worm trap and flush it. They won't hurt anything and will probably go away on it's own. I had a pic here somewhere of one close up...I'll see if I can find it.

Over feeding has nothing to do with them. I have a fishless tank, pretty much just bacteria and a few sps now, that tank hasnt been fed for a good 4 months, and there is a ton of bristleworms in there.

Just my 0.02$ : Try getting coral branded shrimp! They look spectacular and eat really big bristle worms!

A large cleaner shrimp or coral banded shrimp will eat them, there's probably more in your tank than you know, I usually don't see any in the day time in my tank as my cleaner or coral banded shrimp tear them up but I do see a few in the dark they miss.

Remind me never to come to your house for dinner. ;)

I have a rather large CB shrimp. Have never seen a bristle worm.

Probably something that shows up as initial tank hitchhiker. Little chance of them arriving after that.

    OUCH!

Trap and remove annoying bristleworms with this unique item. The Trap'em is specially designed so that bristleworms can get in, but they cannot get out. Simply place the krill bait inside to attract and trap bristleworms.
