    Very nice tanks and WELCOME to 3reef :0 Is that a tiger pistol shrimp? If so I have the same type and love him, I do need to get him a goby buddy. Does the watchman ever share its food with him? Super cool stuff man, best of luck.

    Thanks all !! I have been poking around a bit to see if I enjoyed the forum before formally introducing myself : )

    I try my best to make Reefing a constant part of my day....it is something I love and enjoy sharing my passion for it with other passionate reefers!! And Rhode Island is not the place for that really..great LFS(s) but no real core group of reefers for such a small state.

    I will keep you all posted as the new tank builds progress

    Yes it is indeed a tiger pistol shrimp, the goby paired up with him from the day they were introduced. I will often see the goby trying to "fan" food down into the hole for the shrimp.

    I would highly recommend getting your tiger pistol a watchmen/prawn goby to keep it company : )

    You are far too kind !! My hope is that we can all help eachother out and just have some good quality reef discussion...
