Site is awesome. I have learned so much from these boards! I've been in the FW hobby for a couple years and decided it was time to get into reefing! Just like everyone else here, I'm addicted. I spend way too much time researching, learning, and sharing my experiences. The main thing I love about the hobby is that there is always something new to learn. I've been involved in my local boards for a while and was inspired to join a larger forum. I started with a 20g hex, then 55g, now a 72g w/ 20g long sump. Mostly softies and LPS, starting to get into sps a little more. As far as livestock goes, I'm pretty overstocked at the moment but my nitrates stay <10ppm and my corals are doing great. I will try to get a current picture of my tank up tonight. Always a work in progress like everyone else's I'm sure.

I knew I was going to have to answer that question. I know its a little overstocked but some will be moving to my 20Xhigh once it cycles and proves it can sustain life.

Currently in my 72, Fish I have: 3 reef chromis, firefish, lawnmower blenny, B&w perc, ocellaris, small hepatus tang, and a red mandarin. 9!!! Holy Crap! Luckily they are all still small!

As for inverts:40-60 nassarius snails, 8 astreas, several stomatella hitchikers, 20 blue legs, 10 red legs, cleaner shrimp, 3 peppermints, one very destructive mexican turbo, and finally....one pistol shrimp that got banished to the sump for killing my first round of peppermints and my first cleaner.

Only one death since I started reefing. My watchman goby hopped in my overflow and his tail got sucked off. Died after 3 days of missing a tail.

Yeah that's a lot but it's not as bad as you made it sound. Would love to see pics of the tank.

I found some old random pics I took a while back.
Result of placing the frogspawn too close to my peppermints spot.

Some palys fighting over some blood worms. They all won! I tried to get a pic of the pods trying to steal the food from them, but my camera is a POS.

I'll post some full tank shots when I get home. I had these on my flash drive.
