    I guess you can call me a noob I started a 46 gallon bowfront about a year ago but hair algae took over and I thought it was the end of the world and lack of funds put me down so my tank has been coasting for the last couple months feeding my fish once a day and almost no light.
    Just started working at it again and things are coming together just bought some cheato and am waiting on a protein skimmer.
    I also have another ten gallon with a built in sump I guess you can call it.
    I took all my good small live rock and put it in that tank and it looks awesome and runs great. I can't wait to move further into this hobby and get some beautiful fish and eventually coral

    Thanks everyone this is a great place for asking questions and get info. I just purchased a protien skimmer,t5's, and a couple blowers.
