    Hello there! Newbie here... Hubby *elwolfe* just surprised me with a Biocube 29 this weekend. We went down to the lfs to pick up water, live sand and rock (some aquascape, some Fiji), came home and put it all together. We'll let it sit for a week, testing water every day, and then go back and get some shrimp, crabs and a couple snails this weekend if everything goes okay.

    I'm excited to start this hobby after drooling over my sister's 65 for years.

    Really looking forward to being part of the community and successfully creating our own nano reef. I'll post pics soon. Any suggestions or advice will be gratefully taken into consideration!

    I'm a newbie as well. If there is anything that I have learned from reading all of these threads is that patients is a must. Going slow is definitely better. Good luck to. :)
