I was pointed to this forum by one of our customers who say a thread about the product and was wondering why no one from the company had responded to posts. as otherwise you may find yourself a victim of spam ( bots check sites for personal e mails and then you get plagued with all sorts of rubbish)

the thread you mention is attached for you

if you want to contribute on the thread, then I think thats OK
you seem to be genuine having expressed concerns about the T and C of the site

advertising as you can imagine is reserved for 3 reef sponsors
but if you wish to post information about your product in answer to questions raised about it on that thread

then IMO, that would be acceptable in this circumstance
