    Welcome to 3reef!
    You can do it with the simple and reliable Microsoft Paint!!
    Just open the picture in paint. Then click ctrl+w and put like a 50 percent on the first two boxes. You might need to repeat this but with a bigger percentage. Cery easy to do.
