    hello from Cincinnati! welcome to the forum! As mentioned, you may want to look into a local reef club and check for used equipment and tanks. You do run a risk but can really get a good deal. You're welcome to check into cincyreef - it's a local forum where people sell items. I see large tank full setups available quite frequently.
