    Hello, to all
I am returning to marine tank keeping after almost 20 yrs away from it, so I guess Im a new bee, with a little experience. I had a 125gal when I lived in New Mexico. Ive been keeping mostly freshwater, Discus and Angelfish some african cichlids off and on. Now planning, to start up a 125 hopefully in the near future. I want to learn what new equipment and techniques there are to make things work better, I am thinking of dwarf angels and couple of clown varieties. Maybe some yellow tangs and a purple for variety. I had a 55gal with that blend for 2 years. Wife tried to take care of while I was out of town....had to take the tank down, everything whent south, red algae all over, bad smell of the gravel. You know the drill. Anyway, anyone with experience of dwarf angels please share with me, I could certainly use it. thanks for the welcome!

welcome to 3reef rl. and welcome back to salt. lol. i know mixing certain same species of fish doesnt always work out the best ie the 2 tangs, same body shape , could get ugly. a hippo and a purple or tellow would work ok. same as the clowns, best not mixing different types. dwarf angels , ive got a flame and coral beauty. 1st night together wasnt pretty but all is good now

    Hello, welcome to 3reef :)

I would add the tangs last and all tangs at the same time. Try to get an active dwarf angel and ask your lfs to feed the angel to make sure it's feeding OK.
