    Hi, I am new her, but not so new in this hobby, I had 2 nanos over the last two years. Every time I bought a tank I promised my self that I will not buy the bigger one. Guess what… Now I have 160 gallons tank  (still maturing) And I promise my self that this is the biggest one in this flat. Hope to make it SPS dominated.
    For now my equipment:
    Tank: 59”L x 27,5”W x 23,6”H
    Sump 23,6”L X 23,6”W x 15,7”H (my old nano tank) planning to make new one soon
    Return: Jebao 3000 gal/h
    Wave making and streems: 3x Jebao wp40, 1x tunze 6045;
    Light: Aquamedic 2x250w MH and 2x54w t5
    Skimmer: Aquamedic turboflotor shorty 5000
    Media reactors for activated carbon and GFO 500 gal/h
    Dosing: 2x Grotech NG1 dosing pumps for Alk and Ca. (Ca reactor in the future)

    I know that my equipment isn't "HIGH END" but i believe that it is possible to have a good looking tank with this equipment, some knowledge and lots of love.

    Hi Exonn and welcome to 3reef,

    Congrats on the big tank, I am a nano owner myself. For sure you do not need all the high end stuff to have a great reef.

    Looks really good though. The fish look so small, 160 gallons? Nice lighting fixture, you should be able to keep everything you want to.
